Tonight was special, very special.

It was the first night I’ve inflicted my cooking challenge on friends and were joined by Carl Wegelin and Becky Irene Kenneth-Watts (who has the longest name ever!).

Carl is the guitarist for Cape Town based band Plush and a long standing friend, Becky is a groupie, ah, I mean, his girlfriend, and is one heck of a baker (more on that later!). Read the rest of this entry »

Well Friday is here and I decided to base tonight’s meal on the contents of my fridge… simple enough!
